About the event
Join Lily Ferreira, MSW, LICSW, RPT, experienced child therapist, Registered Play Therapist, and fellow millennial mom. We'll have a low key, judgment free workshop focused on practical strategies for surviving parenthood in 2026.
We'll cover topics like:
-Handling screen-time in an age of Roblox and doom scrolling
-Raising emotionally aware kids while maintaining our sanity
-Finding fellow millennial moms who "get it" and responding when people say: "look at me, I turned out fine!"
